Program terms

Dates

The program starts in the week of 11 January 2027. Live calls are fortnightly, on a day and at a time agreed with the group, which I’ll confirm by email before the first call. The start date may change; if it does, I’ll confirm it by email. The program will start no later than Sunday 28 February 2027. Live calls are recorded. Instalments continue on their schedule if dates change.

Refunds

If fewer than 4 members have enrolled, I may cancel this intake. If I cancel it, or it hasn’t started by 28 February 2027, every payment is refunded in full and any remaining instalments are cancelled. Otherwise payments are non-refundable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law that applies to you.

The Build Guarantee

By the end of month 5, I’ll have completed your agreed website foundation, including home, about, contact and legal pages where needed, and your first 10 researched service pages (pages about the specific problems people search for help with), or all the agreed service pages if your research identifies fewer. If your practice is eligible for a Google Business Profile, I’ll also have given you a step-by-step plan to set up, optimise and maintain it, and shown you how to use it. The rest of your agreed service pages follow by month 8, and your sub-issue pages by month 12.

Your part: send your page content, information and approvals by the dates we set at onboarding, and give me access to your hosting and domain, and to your Google Business Profile if your practice has one, so I can include it in the research. If you already have a website, we’ll agree exactly what’s being kept, improved or created once the service research is done, and the month 5 milestone applies to that agreed scope.

If I don’t complete the deliverables I’m responsible for by the end of month 5, I’ll complete the outstanding work, and you can repeat the next intake free. I don’t guarantee Google’s approval or verification of a profile, the profile work you carry out, search rankings, traffic, bookings, client numbers or income.

Google Business Profile

If your practice is eligible for a Google Business Profile, I’ll teach you how to set it up, optimise it and keep it up to date, and you make the changes to your own profile. Google doesn’t allow a Business Profile for a practice that sees clients only online. If that’s your practice, this part of the program doesn’t apply; the research and website commitments, and the rest of the program, are the same. The price is the same for every member.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars. Pay A$5,000 in full, or choose a payment plan: three payments of A$1,750 (A$5,250 in total), six payments of A$900 (A$5,400 in total) or twelve monthly payments of A$500 (A$6,000 in total). Each payment plan is a commitment to the total shown. Your first payment secures your place; there’s no separate deposit.

Hosting, your domain and any optional software are separate from the program fee.

Early-enrolment bonus

If your first payment is received by Sunday 15 November 2026, you receive four additional one-hour one-on-one sessions with me, on top of the four included, to be used during the program year. They have no cash value and aren’t transferable.
